1, Introduction

Thaicalltaxi.com by Bell-Man: The Services Optimized For all Tourists, Foreign Residents (Expats) and Visitors in Thailand.

Using Bell-Man

  • User has to agree to the terms and conditions set out below to use the Bell-Man Service.

  • Bell-Man has the right to modify or change the policies relating to the Services at any time.

  • It will be effective upon the posting of an updated version

  • User agrees that it shall be User's responsibility to review this Agreement regularly 

  • Whether User reviewed a new version or not, User's continuous using means User's acceptance

 

Bell-Man's Role

  • Bell-Man is a Program and Software Development Company

  • The Taxi Service depends on the Third Party Provider (Driver) to serve the Transportation to User.

  • Bell-Man's role is to connect User and the Third Party Provider (Driver)

  • Any response of vehicle & driver, it's belongs to the transport agents or to the driver itself or to the vehicle's owner.

  • Bell-Man cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss caused by theft, fire, accident, or any other cause whatsoever

  • Bell-Man cannot be held responsible should any vehicle be involved in an accident.

  • Bell-Man shall not be responsible for each driver's service and it's quality provided to the customer.

Availability of Services​​ 

  • Bell-Man is entitled, on behalf of the Driver, to refuse any order placed by the customer.

  • Bell-Man do not guarantee to successfully allocate the best Driver to every booking request.

  • All information given on the Bell-Man program is in good faith and is believed to be correct at the time of saving data.

  • Bell-Man will not be responsible for any other inaccuracies due to out of date information which may have not been pointed out to us or updated by the Driver.

3rd Party's Transport Service

  • The route to or from the destination cannot be guaranteed and the driver can choose the other best course.

  • The Google or other maps are solely for informational purposes.

  • While any various and reasonable effort will be made to ensure that pickup times are respected by the driver, they are not guaranteed.

 

Contract Process

  1. User's booking on our website or any program of BELL-MAN,

  2. Drivers offer the price

  3. When User choose a driver and sends O.K message to driver

  4. User are entering into a contract with the Provider (Driver)

  • All time frames are determined by GMT + 7 time zone (Bangkok).

All driver's mission

is to complete the Customer's Safe and Comfortable Journey.

Changing Info

If you want to change info (pick up location, destination, date, other request, .. ), please discuss with your driver at chatting room or let our operator know it.

Flight Delay

Please discuss it with your driver in chatting room. (Note : Conditions 3 - Travel Details). Or let our operator know it asap.

Cancellation 

You can cancel your booking any time, but it should be done asap. After your cancellation, a message will be sent to driver.

Late Cancellation

If you want to cancel, please let your driver or us know it as soon as possible. It's not a simple matter to the driver. Your cancellation makes driver lose too much. He also will lose his next following job, and must find other job. Sometimes, he may lose that whole day's job. If your driver arrived already at pick up place before your cancelation, you will be charged 100 B.​

No show

If your driver cannot contact you or no answer for calling, and you didn't come to pick up place, after 15 min of pick up time, the service may not be provided, the Driver is relieved of their obligations. If you paid in advance to driver, your refund will not be due.

Traffic Jams

Please consider of traffic jam / All drivers cannot be held responsible for any customer's boarding time to transit​ 

Toll Fee

It's include on driver price, Don Muang tollway is not inclusive, it's always optional 80B, 

Baby-Seat

If your child is over 5 years old, baby seat is required by Thai Law. Please leave your message on the booking form or ask it at chatting room. As driver needs time to rent it to prepare it for User. Normal price : 300 B per seat, per way

Payment  

  • When you are sure everything is cleared, please pay for transport fee to your driver. 

  • Your payment means that all driver's obligations have been fulfilled. 

  • If you need a receipt, please ask it in advance in chatting or ask it to your driver on payment time, it is unable to get a receipt after his leaving.

  • Bell-Man assumes no responsibility for customer's receipt of payment.

  • Payment method : Basically Thai cash to the driver directly at your destination, each course

  • Other methods : Depends on you and driver's agreement. 

  • Bell-Man doesn't receive any fares or money from the customer,

  • Bell-Man will in no way be held responsible for any claims made by you in any payment issues.

 

Receipt 

It should be obtained from only your driver when you pay for service fee. If you need a receipt, please ask your driver to prepare it in advance at the chat room. The Receipt formats are different depending on each company which the driver belongs to. If the driver forgot to prepare it or if he cannot provide your receipt then, he must send you as soon as possible (within 2 days). If your driver doesn't response of it, you can report it to Bell-Man Customer Support (Contact Form). Bell-Man will report it to driver's team leaders, and let them send your receipt immediately. That driver's account will be suspended for the time being according to internal rules.​

Lost & Found

User must keep his/her valuables while traveling. Please check your belongings again and again before leaving the vehicle. But, when you recognized you forgot to bring something from the vehicle, you should contact your driver promptly before picking up the next  customer. Please call your driver and let him talk with any Thai person near you for easy understanding. All drivers will try to find out your belongings in the vehicle.

* If your driver found yours and he is at near your area, will go back to you at that time :

   charges : 100 B, if his location is more than 5 min distance or 5 km : charges 200 B

* If he found it, but already he met the other customer, he can return it to you at BKK airport only : charges 200 B

   Sorry, you should come to BKK airport, please discuss with your driver about meeting time.

* If you want to let him bring it to your place, charges will be a normal Economy car price (from BKK or other Airport to your place).

* Other Area : Please discuss it with your driver ​

* Each chatting room will be able to use for 2 weeks since your driver's job is completed, driver or his company will keep it for 2 weeks, if no one contact him, they will keep it to the charity.

Bell-Man and your driver cannot be held responsible for any customer's belongings and valuables lost in the vehicle. ​

Type of Cars (Vehicles) provided by your driver

The driver can provide a car type User choose or bigger type

Age of Vehicles

  • Age of All Vehicles : Just born - 10 years

  • As all drivers strive to maintain each vehicle as high standards - by Driver Organization Policy

  • If you want a new car, leave your message in booking form. The offer price may be a bit high

Special Luggage

Leave your message in booking form if you wish to travel with the extraordinary baggage. This is to ensure for you to find a suitable driver. The customer shall be liable for all expenses of the additional vehicles be required to transport oversized luggage.

 

Additional Order

If you have an additional order after booking confirmation, please discuss it with your driver at chatting room, he will help you and will update it to your Current Booking.

Driver Information

English Level

Please note Driver's English Level is Basic. Bell-Man developed an auto translated chatting room to help User and driver's communication. Now it's currently running in English-Thai. Other languages is coming soon.

Tipping for driver 

If you and your family are safe and happy because of your driver's good service, your little tips will make him feel fruitful.

Driver's break time 

When you are traveling for long time, please take frequent breaks for your safe trips.

Tipping for Thailand Laws & Policies (Regulations) (each penalty will be fined to that passenger)

* During Fill up Gas (CNG, LPG) : Please wait at the outside car for safety.

* No Smoking & No Alcoholic drinks in the vehicle

* Please fasten your seat belt on riding without driver's notifying.

Airport Pickup

Your driver will stand by at Airport parking area. 

After your flight landing at Thai Airport, please chat with your driver.

Ex, 'I just arrived',  'I am waiting my baggage now',  'I am in front of Gate 3'

BKK Airport

* Normal : No need a Visa after Landing 

   take time around 30 - 50 min 

* Need a Visa on Arrival @Bangkok BKK Airport

   take time around 60 - 90 min

* Domestic flight   

   take time around 15 min - 30 min

Airport Meeting Service

  • Service Charges : 100 B ( 3 $US)

  • Payment : to your driver (If you order it on booking form, it will be included at driver's offer price)

  • Your driver will book it on behalf of you.

  • Meeting place : Driver will confirm it by chatting room

  • BKK Airport - Last Exit Gate 3, at meeting hall

  • Other Airport - Driver will confirm it by chatting room

  • Recommend - First time visitors in Thailand, Senior Customers, Booking for others

  • Suitable Service for Travel Agents (If you need to show your agent name on meeting name-board, please leave a message on booking form)

Driver's Late arrival (Urgent)

  • Please book your pick up time with enough spare time (30 min earlier),

  • Any urgent situation can be happen at any time on the real road situation.

  • Even if any various and reasonable effort will be made to ensure that pickup times are respected by the driver, all is not guaranteed.

  • The driver and Bell-Man cannot be held responsible for any customer's boarding time to transit.

  • If you must go to Airport or other Terminal to transit in hurry, there is no choice, please just take any other taxi near you immediately.

  • You can do 'Cancel' at Bell-Man platform later.

  • That driver will be audited and disciplined under internal rules as a member of the Airport Driver Organization.

Local Pickup

Please chat with your driver for easy meeting.

User's Late Starting

Driver can wait for 15 min more without any charges.

Driver's waiting more than 15 min :  +50 B per every 15 min 

All drivers and Bell-Man cannot be held responsible for any customer's boarding time to transit.

Chatting Room

  • When you click O.K to book, you will get your Booking Code and "Chatting" button

  • You can see default message from the Operator (Driver's Team leaders)

  • Your 1st Chatting : He is an Operator (one of Team leaders)

  • He will help you about all of your request and any issues (Flight delay, Change time, change car type, change course, additional requests, cancelation, ..)

  • Team leader will arrange a suitable driver (almost one of his team) ASAP

  • You can know your driver info in advance (at least 1 hour before pick up time)

  • You can confirm your driver info at "Current Booking"

  • You can chat with your driver continuously for easy meeting (same chatting room)

  • When you get a Booking Code, you can open this room.

  • All of your final booking information is here

  • If you want to change your information or have any other request , discuss at chatting room.

  • Your driver will follow to your information on chatting room.

  • If you want to update your changes or request at your 'Current Booking', ask driver, he will update your information at 'Current Booking'.

Conditions 3 (Contract Formation)

Contract Formation

 

By making a booking with Bell-Man by any methods online, you confirm that you have read, understand and accept all of our condition as it is informed on bell-man.com and thaicalltaxi.com

We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on our website, following which all use of our website will be governed by the new version. You must check the terms and conditions on the website regularly.

 

In these booking conditions references to "you" and "your" and "passenger(s)" and "Customer(s)"  and "User(s)" include the person named on the booking and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made or any other person to whom a booking is transferred.

User Agreement governing the use of the www.bell-man.com and www.thaicalltaxi.com website.

When placing a booking you undertake to us that all the details you have supplied are correct, including passenger name, dates, pick up information and credit or debit card details. If there are changes to the details supplied, it will be your responsibility to contact us and request changes.

BELL-MAN.COM and THAICALLTAXI.COM will put the best endeavor to find and rectify any errors as quickly as possible. However there may be times when obvious errors occur such as the price or some other detail displayed being incorrect. In this case bell-man.com and .thaicalltaxi.com shall reserve the right to cancel that reservation and acts as an intermediary agent for third party transport service providers.

Use of our website content by third parties for any purpose other than booking transfers is prohibited, including the modification, subsequent publication and total or partial reproduction or representation of the same without the express consent of BELL-MAN.COM and .thaicalltaxi.com

  • The contract (Booking Confirmation with the Client's Booking code) for the provision of the transport service is between you (The Client), and the third party service provider, from now on termed as your Driver.

  • By booking a service on our website or any platform of BELL-MAN, you are entering into a contract with the Driver.

  • Reservations at Bell-Man are subject to the availability of the third party service provider and appropriate vehicles.

  • Bell-Man is not a transport operator. Any responsibility of vehicle & driver belongs to the transport agents or to the duty driver itself or to the vehicle's owner. Bell-Man cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss caused by theft, fire, accident, or any other cause whatsoever, and cannot be held responsible should any vehicle be involved in an accident.  

Travel details

  • To pick up from the airport, the Driver or the staff who the third party service provider employed will take the initial planned time of arrival of your flight as a reference for the pick-up time of the client. The local average time at Passport control & baggage claim area and time to get through customs will be added to the initial planned time of arrival, i.e. time of arrival of the plane is not equal to the time the Client will be picked up by the Driver.

  • Compare your booking details with the final confirmation of your Driver. Eventual changes or discrepancies need to be confirmed each other with your Driver in Bell-Man chatting room.

  • Any adjustments to your flight will be taken in consideration but could be result in possible waiting times. The driver also can know the flight delay situation via the airport monitor. If your flight will be delayed for around 1 or 2 hours, the driver believes you will arrive without any notice & report in advance, so the driver will wait at your new time. But, if the flight No. is changed, or flight delay is more than 3 hours, you should notify it to the driver in the chatting room.

 

Liability

  • The liability for the provision of taxi transfer services between you and the service provider is restricted solely to those two parties between whom the service has been contracted.

  • There, Bell-Man's liabilities resulting from this agreement shall be limited to those of a third-party broker between you and the service provider.

  • Any liabilities resulting from the provision of the taxi transfer service shall be the sole responsibility of the Driver and their insurance companies.

  • Bell-Man and/or the Driver or Service Provider is not liable for damages caused by missing any flight or boat or other transportation to transit. *Note : Conditions 2, Section / Driver's Late pick up (Urgent)

  • In agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you accept that Bel-Man will in no way be held responsible for any losses, expenses or claims made by you in the event of any problem associated with the taxi transfer service and all claims will be redirected to the Driver or car Owner.

 

Availability of Services

  • Bell-Man is entitled, on behalf of the Driver, to refuse any order placed by the customer.

  • Bell-Man do not guarantee to successfully allocate the best Driver to every booking request.

  • All information given on the Bell-Man platform is in good faith and is believed to be correct at the time of saving data.

  • Bell-Man will not be responsible for any other inaccuracies due to out of date information which may have not been pointed out to us or updated by the Driver.

 

Transport Service

The distance and trip time provided are for planning purposes only.

You may find that construction projects, traffic, weather, or other events may cause conditions to differ from the information published and you should plan your trip accordingly. The images of the vehicle make and model shown on the car type are for illustration purpose only and Bell-Man does not guarantee that these exact vehicles will be provided by the service provider. Bell-Man makes no guarantee of the suitability of a particular service for your request and is not responsible for the choice you make.

  • The route to or from the destination cannot be guaranteed and the driver can choose the other best course. The Google map is solely for informational purposes. Whilst any various and reasonable effort will be made to ensure that pickup times are respected by the driver, they are not guaranteed. 

  • For Airport pick up, please keep in touch with your driver at chatting room. After landing at any Airport in Thailand, send your arrival message. He will standby at Airport parking area and will wait your last message. (It will take around 10 min from  Airport Parking area to meeting area - all Airport in Thailand)

  • Bookings are based on the customer and the driver's trust each other (driver will come on time and customer will be at the meeting place on time). 

 

The Client's duty for the driver 

  • Bell-Man will in no way be held responsible for any claims made by you in the problem that the driver dropped you off the wrong place.

  • Every client must have the correct info about the destination to drop off.(Ex, Hotel, village or Building name, address, local tel No., ..)

  • Before starting after pick you up, you should re-confirm your correct destination to your driver clearly as the Driver's info could not be updated.

  • After arrival at your destination, you also should confirm whether you arrived at the correct destination (hotel or airport,..) or not.

  • When you pay to the driver, make sure there is nothing forgot to bring yours from the vehicle.

  • From local pickup to Airport : all Airline agents recommend for the passengers to arrive at the airport before 2-3 hours of flight departure time at least.

  • The Driver will pick you up and set you down as close as possible to the given addresses to drop off. In the event that access via a conventional route is closed due to weather conditions, road accidents etc., the driver will use a longer route to reach the agreed destination, but in such instances you are not be liable for additional costs except toll added.

 

Payment  

  • After checking your belongings in the vehicle, if everything is clear, you pay the taxi fare to the driver. 

  • Your payment means that all driver obligations have been fulfilled. 

  • If you need a receipt, ask your driver. You can't receive it after he leaves.

  • Bell-Man assumes no responsibility for customer's receipt of payment.

  • Payment method : Basically Thai cash payment to the driver directly at the destination

  • Other methods for payment : Depends on you and driver's agreement. 

  • Bell-Man doesn't receive any fares or money from the customer,

  • Bell-Man will in no way be held responsible for any claims made by you in any payment issues.

 

Changes and Cancellations by You​

  • Changes : to your reservation must be discussed with your driver in chatting room

  • Cancellation : You can cancel your booking any time at "Current Booking", but it should be only before your driver departs for the pick up location. If your driver arrived already at pick up place when you cancel your reservation, you will be charged 100 B.

Changes by the Provider

  • The Service Provider (your driver or driver's agent) will use all reasonable effort to provide your vehicle on time, however they may need to arrange an alternative vehicle urgently for operational or safety reasons depends on the road situation. 

  • If they need to change your booking vehicle to a higher category or bigger vehicle, price will not be added.

Delayed Flights

  • You can discuss it with your driver in chatting room.

No show

  • If your driver cannot contact you or no answer for calling, and you didn't come to pick up place, after 15 min of pick up time, the service may not be provided.

  • The Driver is relieved of their obligations.

  • If you paid in advance to driver, refund will not be due.

Luggage

  • Leave your message in booking form if you wish to travel with the extraordinary baggage.

  • This is to ensure for you to find a suitable driver.

  • The  customer shall be liable for all expenses of the additional vehicles be required to transport oversized luggage.

Special Requests

  • During the booking process, you may request extra services.

  • Complete your booking

  • Get your chatting room

  • Discuss all with your driver in Bell-Man chatting room.

 

Contract

  • Bell-Man is a booking platform for various transportation service providers (Drivers) and the customer.

  • The contract for the provision of the transportation service is between the customer and the service provider. 

  • When you submit your request for a service, your reservation details are sent to all of service providers. And then any provider can offer the price, but only a few driver's offer prices are sent to the customer.

  • When the customer choose one provider (driver), it is sent to that driver. And then the contract between the customer and the service provider is formed.

  • When the customer doesn't choose any provider, the contract between the customer and the service provider is not formed.

  • By booking a service on Bell-Man platform, you are entering into a contract with the Service Provider (Driver), not with Bell-Man. You agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions when you make a reservation.

Availability of change info

  • After available chatting with driver at Bell-Man chatting room, all related to the amendment of your booking details must be requested by your driver.

  • Your driver will help you any issue.

 

Questions & Message to Bell-Man

Force Majeure Clause

  • bell-man.com and.thaicalltaxi.com and the service providers cannot be held liable for delays, changes or cancellation of service due to force majeure, or to other circumstances that are unforeseeable or beyond the service provider control, such as accidents suffered by third parties on the transfer route, police checkpoints, acts of terrorism, extreme weather conditions etc.​​

  • Copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights of the websites and Bell-Man platform are protected by national and international regulations governing intellectual property.

  • Images shown during the booking are indicative only. Color, brand or model may differ from the pictures shown in website and Bell-Man platform.

 

Disputes

Bell-Man's terms and conditions (with Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy) and your use of Bell-Man platform and bell-man.com and thaicalltaxi.com website are governed by the laws of Thailand, and in the event of any dispute under Bell-Man's contract, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thailand courts.​

Any disputes that arise in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be settled through the competent court in BANGKOK, THAILAND.
